What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a dynamic, energetic, committed and experienced Senior Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to play a substantial part in driving forward a highly successful and over-subscribed outstanding academy.
If you wish to be the successful candidate, you will be ambitious - both for our pupils and staff and personally; and you will be ready to make a real difference to the educational experience and outcomes of our pupils. You should be person-centered and committed to building relationships and enhancing the sense of belonging that Belvedere pupils, staff and families have to the thriving academy community and to the GDST. You should be self-motivated and self-reliant and be ready to be flexible to meet the academy’s needs. You should also be able to demonstrate where you have shown the ability to innovate and to sustain the positive impact that your work has had on the pupils and staff of your current school.

Further details about the role
Belvedere was the first independent school to become an academy and is continuing the traditions and standards of its predecessor school. We were judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in January 2015. We have high expectations of all our students and we support them with excellent pastoral care. Our extensive Enrichment programme allows students to develop into well rounded individuals.
