Vice Principal - Trust Strategic Development and Trust Operations job summary

In conjunction with the CEO and Trust they will have the responsibility to define the Trust vision and values and align school improvement to these: to support the trust development and growth planning. The postholder will also undertake the strategic development of the school/s to lead school improvement, ensuring that the curriculum offer and pedagogical approaches are innovative and apprpriate to learners with ASD:to support School Operational leads with day-to-day management of Trust/school improvement priorities.
