What skills and experience we're looking for
The Principal, Local Academy Council and children wish to appoint an enthusiastic and creative Vice Principal to work well within the school team. The successful candidate will make a substantial contribution to the leadership and management of the academy and support its ethos and culture of ‘Loving and Learning Together.’
You will be an outstanding class teacher with specialisms in a range of subjects. We are looking for someone who can deliver exciting and challenging, teaching and learning experiences for our children. Be highly motivated with proven leadership skills able to lead staff confidently, have mentoring and coach skills and develop staff at all levels. The ability to challenge and inspire staff so that all the children can be the best they can be.
We wish to appoint someone who has a relational and restorative approach to behaviour management, supporting the academy’s Christian Values that underpin the ethos of this Church of England first school.
We are seeking someone who willing to use technology, be creative and innovative, who can support the Academy Principal in making a difference to the lives of the children of Tynsel Parkes.
