Vice Principal job summary
As part of our exciting development plans for the Trust, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join as Vice Principal to work within our Primary Phase and Resource Base.
The Vice Principal will report directly to the Principal and will Assist with responsibility for the leadership and management of the primary phase. These will include the strategic development of the primary phase, relationship with the local community as well as the complex day to day operational needs.
The ideal candidate will share our determination to continue to provide an outstanding education for our young people without exception or bias. They
will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a proven track record of effective leadership and management. They will need to be high achieving and self-motivating and capable of playing a major role in further developing teaching and learning within the primary phase of the Trust. The Vice Principal role requires strong people management skills, empathy and excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
