Are you passionate about great customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We’re seeking a customer-focused part time Lettings Officer to join our team supporting our community lettings groups working at The Portsmouth Academy.

The successful applicant will oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures as well as prepare facilities for activities, ensuring a welcoming environment. Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, proactive approach will be at the centre of your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, handle enquiries, and promote our services via our website and social media.
  • Operational Duties: Oversee health and Safety, monitor site entry, and manage daily operations including opening and closing the facility.
  • Lettings Management: Manage club and group bookings, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

This is a part time weekend role with hours to be discussed.Term time only with the opportunity for overtime.
