Wellbeing & Home School Support Worker job summary

Due to the growth of Riverside Primary School and Nursery, we are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate for the role of Wellbeing and Home School Support Worker.  The successful candidate must have experience of supporting parents/carers, a vast knowledge of external agencies/services and the ability to liaise with other professionals.  He/she will work under the direction of the Headteacher, to support vulnerable families experiencing a range of challenges. This may include delivery of parenting workshops, intervention programmes to support the emotional wellbeing of children and families, and 1:1 support for individuals focused on specific needs.
