We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team to provide a comprehensive front of house support service for our busy and vibrant school.

This is an important position in our school and to be successful in this role you must be able to communicate effectively, work under pressure and maintain positive relationships with all members of the school community. You will also have the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities and demands of the school whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality.

The right candidate should possess:
• The ability to manage and prioritise workload
• a keen eye for ensuring the safety of our pupils
• an alignment to a can-do culture
• the capability to maintain effective relationships
• the talent to adapt to changing situations and learn new skills
• strong principles that are aligned with the school
• an ability to work using their own initiative
• a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults
• the ability to use relevant technology / equipment

You will join a small team consisting of a School Manager, 2 x Administration Officers and a Receptionist. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. A Tour of the School will be available to successful candidates who are invited to interview.
