An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Chiltern School for a Work Related Learning Support Assistant to join us. If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and interested in helping to support young people with SEND in their future aspirations and in improving social equality and diversity opportunities then this is the role for you.
At The Chiltern school, we value Essential Life Skills and Work Related Learning experiences as important tools to enable our young people towards further independence and to support those who aspire towards paid or voluntary work in their adult future. As a Work Related Learning Support Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the school's Careers Lead to support pupils to access Work Related Learning opportunities such as to take and accompany them to work experience placements as well as to access careers learning and work training positions. Whilst experience would be an advantage, no prior experience is required for this role.
