Wrap Around Care Assistant job summary

The position will require you to plan, set up, prepare, and coordinate the weekly timetable and ensure appropriate resources and healthy snacks are provided for our children as well as supervising our children during the Breakfast / After School Club sessions.

This is a permanent role working for 6 hours per week during the term time.

You will:

  • Be caring and supportive and promote a good standard of behaviour.
  • Holding a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare, or equivalent would be desirable.
  • Act as a role model and set a positive example to our children.
  • Ensure the provision offers a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Have a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents.
  • Have a positive and flexible attitude.
