Wrap around care assistant job summary

JOB OVERVIEW

Ridgeway Primary Academy are looking for an experienced Wrap Around Care Assistant for our 'in house' breakfast and after school provision including 1 week of Summer Holiday Club. The candidate would assist the Wrap Around Care Coordinator in the daily running our the provision at the beginning and end of the normal school day.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent in childcare
• Previous childcare experience.
• A proven ability to work on their own initiative.
• A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
• A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of pupils in our wrap around care.
