What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children;

Can demonstrate a warm and caring approach with children;

Is able to supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times;

Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;

Is self-motivated, energetic and proactive and will support in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality education and care for all of our children;

Has experience of working with children (3 – 9 years old) in a play / educational setting;

Has food handling experience and/or a food handling certificate (or willingness to complete one);

Has a positive and flexible attitude;

Is first aid trained (advantageous);

Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations;

Will report any concerns regarding a child's welfare or behaviour to the nominated person or Designated safeguarding lead (using the schools safeguarding system).
