Wraparound Care Manager job summary

Wraparound Care Manager

21.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

We are looking for a Wraparound Care Manager who is creative, flexible and enthusiastic with a strong knowledge of how to support learning and provide care for children aged 3 – 11 years. An Early Years qualification (NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) or the willingness to work towards the qualification is essential.

The successful applicant should have:

relevant and proven childcare experience/working with children 3-11 years old

a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework, equal opportunities and special educational needs

working knowledge of current Ofsted statutory guidance

knowledge and proven practical experience of implementing good quality learning opportunities

a patient, calm and encouraging approach, with empathy and understanding of children

the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff

effective team leadership and the ability to work as part of a team

excellent administrative, IT and organisational skills
