As a Wraparound Lead, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care and engaging activities for pupils outside of standard school hours—typically before and after the school day. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, nurturing, and passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment for children.

Your duties will include coordinating schedules, supervising play and enrichment sessions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with parents, school staff, and external providers to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every child. You’ll also play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging social development, and responding to the individual needs of pupils.

This is a rewarding and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s wellbeing and daily school experience.

We can offer:

  • Generous 27 days annual leave entitlement, rising to 32 days after 5 years service
  • The opportunity to be part of a dynamic and successful team
