Role Description
The SDBE Multi-Academy Trust is delighted to advertise this exciting role to support schools from across its Trust. We are looking for a talented individual who has the skills to plan and teach writing intervention groups for pupils at two of our Trust schools. Working alongside leaders and teachers, this individual will use assessment information to assess gaps in pupils writing and use this to develop focused teaching sessions, based on the needs of pupils within these groups. The successful candidate will need to have a firm understanding of how to develop the technical aspects of children’s writing. Some previous experience of working with pupils with English as an additional language would also be an advantage.
