Writing Leader
Salary: Main Pay Scale/UPS + TLR 2b (£4943) per annum
Hours: Full time. Class based with leadership time out of class.
Start date: January 2022 (or sooner if possible)

Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for English? You may already be a leader or you may be looking for your first leadership role. Leigh Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a wonderful teacher to join our amazing team as Writing Leader.

What the role entails (more information on the job description and specification):
• lead high-quality writing provision across the 2-form entry primary school which empowers others to teach well and leads to excellent learning outcomes and success for all children
• model effective teaching and coach and train colleagues
• support school improvement
• teach in Key Stage 2 (subject to change in future dependent upon your ambitions as well as the needs of the school), leading your year group
