Creating Tomorrow Multi-Academy Trust are a growing Trust supporting schools who believe that children can achieve irrespective of their learning needs. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to join the new middle leadership team at Wren Spinney School as our Pastoral Manager.
Educated to a high standard of numeracy and literacy with experience of working with young people with additional needs, you will manage the school’s dedicated pastoral team to ensure the welfare of our students.
Reporting to the Headteacher, you will be responsible for advising and supporting staff across the school with strategies to encourage positive behaviour for learning. You will draw on your proven experience of multi-disciplinary working to support you in co-ordinating referrals to social care, health and other relevant agencies to meet the full range of welfare needs of our students.
