- A teacher with excellent organisational skills
- Someone who has a passion for teaching and learning with children in KS1
- Someone the ability to plan, prepare and deliver excellent sequences of lessons.

- Someone who has energy, creativity and a sense of humour.
- Someone who is an outstanding role model for all who is willing to promote our three school rules of aim high, stay safe and be kind.
