Darley and Summerbridge Community Primary School Federation is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our experienced and hard-working staff at Darley CP School. Candidates must be flexible and creative and willing to take part fully in the life of our small, yet globally aware, rural primary school. The children have a wide range of ability but are wonderfully well-behaved, polite and hard working.
As part of our friendly staff team you will be given a wide range of CPD opportunities as well as the experience of working in a school where people matter, but children matter most.
The successful candidate will:
• Be an inspiring teacher who challenges the pupils.
• Have a proven track record of improving pupil progress in Key Stage 1 and 2.
Have highly effective communication skills, and a commitment to a collaborative, team approach
• Set the highest standards for themselves and pupils
• Be able to maintain a stimulating classroom environment.
• Show initiative, be adaptable and flexible.
• Be committed to the safeguarding of all pupils
