We are looking for an experienced Y2 Class Teacher with a possible TLR who:
Can engage, challenge and inspire pupils
Has a proven track record of excellence
Is innovative and creative with a passion for learning
Can demonstrate consistently high-quality teaching
Is committed to helping children make good progress and develop into happy and successful citizens.
An interest in Science and PE is desirable.
What the role involves:
Planning and preparing work for assigned pupils.
Teaching, according to pupils educational needs including the setting and marking of work carried out by those pupils in school and elsewhere.
Providing a stimulating classroom environment which encourages pupils to become independent learners.
Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment achieved by pupils.
Communicating and consulting, in accordance with current guidelines and circulars, with the parents of the assigned pupils.
Promoting the economic well-being of all pupils and contributing to the wider school and community
