What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a KS2 teacher who:

- is energetic, passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and learning

- has high expectations and a commitment to raising standards

- uses a wide range of creative, innovative teaching methods to motivate and inspire children

- has effective classroom management strategies, organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment

- will work effectively as part of a team, planning co-operatively, sharing information, ideas and expertise both within the classroom and throughout school

- prioritises pupil wellbeing and embraces our Christian ethos

- has excellent communication skills with pupils, colleagues and parents
