What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Governors are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic, Year 6 class teacher to join our dedicated team.
Job Overview:
As a Year 6 Teacher at Parson Cross CE Primary School, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. We are looking for a committed teacher who has high expectations for children’s development and behaviour. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Year 6, a good understanding of moderation processes, and familiarity with SATs.

Parson Cross CE Primary is a single form entry Church of England primary school in the north of Sheffield. There are currently 208 children in our school and we have seven classes from Reception to Year 6.
At Parson Cross, children are at the heart of all we do, and we understand that children learn best when they are happy and secure. Therefore, we get to know our children and families very well and work together to ensure every child succeeds. We understand that every child is an individual with their own needs and talents, and we nurture every child to find and develop the spark of genius within themselves.
