• experience of developing children with SEND as well as stretching high achievers
• be determined to make a difference
• be calm, caring and supportive of the inclusive ethos of our school
• have high expectations of yourself, standards of achievement, progress and behaviour, together with a willingness to hold others to account when those expectations are not met
• be an effective team member, organised, hardworking and flexible
• have a passion for teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate
• be an excellent role model.

We can offer:
• happy, responsive and polite children
• an opportunity to make a difference and shape the future of our school
• good professional development opportunities
• a caring, committed and inclusive ethos
