The children, staff and governors of Rosecroft Primary School are looking to appoint a teacher to provide excellent teaching and learning practice. You will have a clear understanding of learning and teaching, building on our existing good practice to make learning irresistible, inclusive and effective for the children in our school.
You will need to:
• be an excellent practitioner who places children at the heart of everything
• have extensive knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience of translating it to meet the developmental needs of children in your class
• have a vision for what outstanding learning and teaching should look like for children, with the capacity and drive to deliver this
• be a professional who inspires children, including them as active learners
• experience of developing children with SEND as well as stretching high achievers
• be determined to make a difference
• be calm, caring and supportive of the inclusive ethos of our school
• have high expectations of yourself, standards of achievement, progress and behaviour, together with a willingness to hold others to account when those expectations are not met
• be an effective team member, organised, hardworking and flexible
• have a passion for teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate
• be an excellent role model.
