Year 1 and 2 Phase Leader - Read, Write, Inc job summary
For September 2021, we are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and outstanding leader, teacher and team player who will excel in a KS1 Phase Leader role at our school and join the effective Senior Leadership team.
We are looking for someone who is supportive, an inspirational teacher and leader and someone who is driven to help their new school become even better.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading Read, Write, Inc across the school. This may also include subject leadership in another curriculum area.
The ideal KS1 Teacher and Phase Leader will be able to demonstrate from current teaching practice of their ability to enthuse and motivate their pupils regardless of their starting point. As a KS1 Teacher and Phase Leader, part of your responsibility will be to work closely with your team, to plan and monitor all pupils’ progress across KS1. This KS1 Teacher and Phase Leader will be eager to promote good practice entrenched with innovative ideas and will be tasked with improving standards of teaching and learning across KS1 in a supportive way.
