Year 1 Class Teacher job summary
A teacher with high expectations of themselves, colleagues and children (experience is desirable butnotessential), one who is committed to raising achievement among children of all abilities and backgrounds.

What we are looking for:Someone who is professional and self-motivated; wants themselves and otherstosucceed and works with a moralpurpose.
High expectations of themselves and others.The ability to demonstrate the skills of a good teacher, including interesting, encouraging, and engaging children, providing appropriate levels of challenge and using methods and resources that enable allpupilsto learn effectively.
QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree.
A proventrackrecordofrecentandsuccessfulclassteachingin mixed ability classes in primary age phases.
