Year 1 Class Teacher (Part Time – 2 days a week)
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic and innovative Year 1 teacher to help continue our school's development, now and for the future. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely friendly, committed and supportive team of staff, governors and trustees who are passionate about widening opportunities for all children.
The successful candidate will be open to listening and finding new ideas and initiatives and be willing to contribute to school life beyond classroom teaching. We are looking for candidates who can work as part of a team and who will support the ethos, aims and visions of the school. They must have high expectations of themselves and others around them, have strong organisational skills, a positive outlook and a commitment to encourage and raise standards. Our ultimate aim is for everyone to feel valued and enabled to achieve their best and fulfil their true potential.
The successful candidate will be joining a school with children who are well behaved, polite, keen to learn and fantastic to work with, along with enthusiastic and supportive parents. We have a strong leadership and management team with hardworking, friendly and supportive staff which makes for a great working environment. Being part of the West Norfolk Academies Trust means that we also have further support and expertise from other schools within the Trust including opportunities to plan with fellow teachers in these schools. We can also offer fantastic professional development opportunities and are keen for our staff to learn more. Our school also offers a dedicated ICT suite, Ipads, and a swimming pool.
We encourage visits to our school for you to see our facilities and talk to the children about our school. For further information please contact email@example.com or call 01553 773393.
