What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you excited about teaching and want to inspire children?
Do you want to be creative with the curriculum in Year 2?
We are seeking to appoint a Year 2 teacher and are looking for a creative, ambitious and highly motivated professional to teach in our school. Ideally we would like a full time teacher but would consider 4 days a week.
Do you:
- Have a positive, approachable and caring attitude?
- Have high expectations of learning and behaviour?
- Have the ability to model and promote high quality teaching and learning?
- Create a positive learning environment where all children can succeed?
- Have the confidence to have fun with the curriculum and take risks?
- Want to use EY pedagogy in KS1 and support children to lead their own learning?
- Have a real desire to make a difference for children and families, however tough this may be?
- Have the flexibility to work as part of a successful team?
