  • Are inspirational teachers who can positively enthuse and motivate our sparky Year 2 cohort.
  • Value creativity and rich primary school experiences.
  • Have experience and knowledge of the primary curriculum and understand a child’s learning journey across the key stage.
  • Have high expectations of the children’s achievements and behaviour and are committed to promoting each individual’s progress, supporting all needs and abilities.
  • Are organised, adaptable, show initiative and enjoy having autonomy over the taught curriculum.
  • Are motivated, with a good sense of humour.
  • Are willing to learn from and support colleagues and take an active part in the community.
