What skills and experience we're looking for
- Teaching at KS1 or KS2
- Monitoring and evaluation procedures
- Meeting the needs of pupils with special educational needs
- Supporting the behaviour of pupils with additional needs
- Effective use of ICT
- Working in partnership with parents
- Excellent classroom practitioner who consistently teaches at least ‘Good’ lessons
- Ability to communicate effectively with pupils and adults
- Good classroom organisation and strong behaviour management skills
- Able to develop the profile and maintain the good reputation of the school
- Excellent and supportive team member
- Able to work effectively with non-teaching staff
