What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Teaching at KS1 or KS2
  • Monitoring and evaluation procedures
  • Meeting the needs of pupils with special educational needs
  • Supporting the behaviour of pupils with additional needs
  • Effective use of ICT
  • Working in partnership with parents
  • Excellent classroom practitioner who consistently teaches at least ‘Good’ lessons
  • Ability to communicate effectively with pupils and adults
  • Good classroom organisation and strong behaviour management skills
  • Able to develop the profile and maintain the good reputation of the school
  • Excellent and supportive team member
  • Able to work effectively with non-teaching staff
