What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate enjoys being a teacher, and works hard to ensure all of his or her pupils are successful learners. They want to work with inspiring colleagues and develop their teaching craft. We are happy to accept applications from an ECT, as well as experienced teachers.

St Mary's is a one form entry Primary School within the M25. We have an amazing staff team, who work hard to ensure that all of our pupils are successful learners. We have a strong support and training package in place, which ensures all of our teachers are on a secure and successful career path. Our pupils are from a range of backgrounds, including pupils with additional needs, pupils with English as an additional language, and Travelling pupils. Our curriculum reflects the pupils' interests and backgrounds. We currently have 51% of pupils eligible for Pupil Premium funding.
