Year 5 Class Teacher job summary
We wish to recruit a full-time teacher to teach a Year 5 class, from January 2021. The Governing Body is actively seeking applications from strong all-round practitioners. This post would be suitable for someone with a passion to engage and positively impact children in primary education. Applications from teachers with experience will be very welcome. This post is not suitable for NQTs.
We are looking for someone who:
relishes primary teaching
is a positive, reflective practitioner, with secure subject knowledge and a ‘can do’ attitude
has high expectations of learning behaviours and is keen to work with all children
is committed to providing a rich curriculum so each child experiences life in all its fullness
is supportive of the distinctive Christian ethos of our church school
may have the potential to lead a subject area, that will inspire colleagues and children to
achieve
