Stimpson Avenue Academy is a large, vibrant, multicultural primary school located in Northampton town centre.
The Academy has 420 amazing children on role. In addition, the Academy has a 78 place Nursery.

Requirements
We require teachers who:
Have a genuine love of working with children and a passion to make a difference.
Are exceptional and creative classroom practitioners with a track record of good and outstanding practice.
Have experience and an understanding of the primary journey.
Have the ability to inspire, motivate and support our pupils.
Are committed to the highest standards of learning, teaching, planning with knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Have a determined and positive outlook on life with an exceptionally positive vision for primary education in the 21st Century.
Have an excellent understanding of how to effectively support children and close the gap to ensure equal and outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
Are able to plan, make and use assessment effectively to ensure positive outcomes for all groups of children.
Have the ability to work on their own initiative and be a team-player with the ability to work collaboratively as a part of a highly productive team.
Have a sense of humour and a 'can do' attitude.
Have the professionalism and determination to make a positive impact on our school, driving improvement.
