What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for a talented KS2 Classroom Teacher to join our team at Co-op Academy Parkland; someone who will deliver effective teaching and learning and raise attainment and progress through innovative first-wave teaching, tracking and intervention.

This role will be supported by an experienced member of SLT so is perfect for a candidate that wants to develop at a fast pace and make a real difference to the outcomes of pupils. They will also be looking to develop as a leader and support the mentorship and coaching of early career teachers and other less experienced colleagues. As a school that is part of an Academy Trust we are keen to develop and provide leadership opportunities for aspiring teachers.
