What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for applicants who:

  • Are passionate, enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic
  • Are committed to the highest possible standards of attainment and behaviour
  • Have a good understanding of how children learn
  • Are caring and who value building strong relationships with all stakeholders and a culture of respect in the classroom
  • Have experience in a primary school and ideally Year 6
  • Have highly effective, well developed classroom management skills
  • Are able to inspire and motivate both pupils and colleagues
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
