Year 7 Lead (Glebe Farm - All through new school) job summary
We are looking for a dynamic Year 7 Lead (with pastoral responsibility) to lead the
effective, personalised and quality transition of our Year 7s, guiding and supporting them
to make the very best of starts to life within Glebe Farm School and within our
community. Requiring a demonstrable passion for working with children and young
people, and the desire and flexibility to work in a rapidly growing school, the role holder
will have a unique opportunity to shape the futures of the young adult leaders of our
school.
We are embarking on the most exciting journey, opening an all-through school
providing exceptional early years, primary and secondary education for
children aged 4 – 16 years. Our doors will be open to pupils for the first time in
September 2022 and we will become the 'beating heart' of our community.
