Through real drive and energy from all within our school and community, we want to develop independent, rounded lifelong learners who are challenged to take their place on a global level. At Bridge Junior School, we want every adult and child to believe in themselves, be motivated to succeed and be the best that they can be; proud of their individual achievements and realise that everyone can S.H.I.N.E.
We all bring different strengths to the school, but we have one shared vision: through encouragement and collaboration, we want every child to be happy, well cared for and successful. We respect our children and we want to make a major contribution to their future through fantastic learning opportunity and support.
If you feel you have the skills and passion to make a difference, please speak to Mrs. Sindhi to arrange a visit and/or talk with Ms. Mahil, the Headteacher for further information about our amazing school with our fantastic children. Visits are encouraged.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a consistently high performing teacher, with a passion for teaching and learning.
• Has a commitment to put children first.
• Consistently role models excellent teaching and learning practice, committed to forming positive relationships with all children and adults.
• Has an understanding of successful and sustainable school improvement.
• Is a leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues, providing the appropriate balance of challenge and support.
• Has a tenacious approach to deliver great outcomes for all children.
• Is a resilient leader, who will remain determined to deliver the improvements the school requires.
• To play an active role in the operational and strategic direction of the school as a leader.
