What skills and experience we're looking for
We are keen to recruit Learning Support Assistants to provide support to children in the classroom and in small intervention groups. We are looking for applicants who can work under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff, undertake educational activities and attend to the educational, personal and social needs of pupils in order to support their learning and development and to ensure their safety.
Ideally applicants will have experience of supporting children in and out of the classroom and will have sounds write training or equivalent.We are looking for applicants with NVQ 3 training who can work under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff/managers, to undertake educational activities and attend to the educational, personal and social needs of pupils in order to support their learning and development and to ensure their safety.
