You will be working alongside a team of Year Leaders under the guidance of SLT, this is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself as a middle leader and develop your skills for a future senior leadership role. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to improving student outcomes across KS3/KS4 and be highly motivated and committed to the very highest standards. You will have strong interest in the support of pupils and be dedicated to excellence as a classroom teacher. As a Year Leader you will have the ability to construct, articulate and effectively communicate the school’s vision. You will be able to work harmoniously with departments across the school to provide the best possible academic and pastoral journey and outcomes for the students within your year.
