The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015. All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. The MAT trustees are looking to appoint a permanent outstanding and inspirational teacher and leader to the post of Year Leader from September 2024. The successful candidate will be employed by the Trust as a whole and as such, can be expected to lead any primary phase year group at any of the four schools. However, we currently have a vacancy at Haymoor Junior School.

The successful applicant will be:

An outstanding classroom practitioner

Experienced in EYFS, Key Stage One, and/or Two

Passionate about raising and maintaining high standards

Able to inspire, motivate, and support pupils and staff and achieve outstanding outcomes

Able to bring energy, vision, and enthusiasm to the post

Ambitious and seek further development
