What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated, motivated and innovative Year Leader to join our team at The Howard of Effingham School. Applications are welcomed from Teachers from one of the following teaching specialisms; Science, Maths, Business or Computing. Effective pastoral care is at the heart of the Howard’s approach, and underpins the success which our students enjoy at the school. As a Year Leader, you would lead a team comprising an Assistant Year Leader (teaching), Year Manager (support), and Tutors in ‘Bringing out the Best’ in all students in your year group.
