Clarion Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Year Leader at Pakefield High School, Lowestoft. The successful candidate will join a team that aims to provide outstanding support in ensuring our students have the best possible educational experience. You will create an ethos of success establish the highest standards of conduct, personal presentation, attendance and punctuality for students in your year group. Whilst each year lead has clear accountability for their year group, it is essential that the team works together to share best practice.

We welcome applicants with a range of experiences and will expect the successful candidate to influence and motivate others via their own excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

You will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
