What skills and experience we're looking for
York High School has an exciting opportunity for a Year Leader to join our committed team, who has the drive and determination to make a difference to our students. The role involves providing pastoral and academic support to a designated year group, ensuring good behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning within the year.
The successful candidate will have significant pastoral experience and the ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young people through the delivery of a range of interventions and by building strong relationships with students, colleagues and external agencies. You will be absolutely committed to making a difference and improving the life chances of our students.
