Year Manager job summary

Nature of Contract	Fixed Term until 31 August 2026, Term Time Only, 38 weeks per year plus 5 days (39 weeks)
FTE Salary	SO1, SCP 23 - 25, £33,366 to £35,235 per annum, pro rata
Actual Salary	£11,686 - £12,340, based on 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Working Hours	Part time, 15 per week

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:

• be responsible for all aspects of an assigned year group
• support curriculum areas to secure high standards of work, attitude and behaviour from students in the year group
• build up team spirit and a sense of purpose among the students and staff in the year group

You will be:

• A highly motivated and hard-working individual
• A team-player who can develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
