What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an experienced qualified teacher to join our happy, caring, diverse, inclusive school, who will motivate and inspire our pupils to help them make the best possible progress, and successfully lead a Year Group.
- you will have strong subject knowledge and be able to teach confidently at your chosen stage.
- you will be able to support the promotion of excellent standards of learning, achievement, progress, attainment and behaviour through working effectively and collaboratively.
- you will be able to plan, deliver and assess high-quality learning experiences for all learners in their care and deploy a range of strategies to support their personal development.
- you will be able to lead and manage a team effectively, to enable others to excel.
