This career opportunity is intended for someone who is caring and committed, with a background in youth and/or education work and working with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will help our students to learn, grow and develop, and will encourage them to play a positive role in their school and community for many years to come.
In this role you will have the opportunity to make a difference to the educational experiences of our most vulnerable young people. You will support them to develop their resilience and personal skills. We are looking for an individual who wants to be a part of transforming educational engagement and student well-being in our school. You will form strong community partnerships with the groups in our area, and encourage and celebrate student participation both in school and out.
