What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

Appreciates the challenges of working within a small school environment.

Has high expectations and is able to inspire and motivate pupils and colleagues, resulting in high quality learning and progress for all.

Is able to plan exciting and challenging lessons and interventions (as appropriate) that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN, in a mixed-age class.

Has good communication skills and is able to work well with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to support teaching and learning for all pupils, including those with SEN.

Has a good understanding of the Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Can continue to develop the school’s drive towards excellence, promoting high expectations and outcomes for all.

Has excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills.

An innate ability to demonstrate a caring and nurturing attitude.
