- Understands the importance of strong pedagogy, is able to deliver high quality first teaching and is willing to develop this alongside a school-based QFT coach
- Is reflective and continually seeks to improve their practice
- Is a team player and who can build positive professional relationships to ensure all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn
- Is an enthusiastic individual who smiles easily, is approachable, and friendly and who can make learning engaging and memorable
- Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
- Respects and promotes the Christian ethos and vision of our school

Silverstone is a proud member of PDET, alongside 35 other schools in the Rutland, Peterborough and Northamptonshire area. PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing the finances and other central services for the Academies in the Trust.
