1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Scale C point 4 (£23,114 per annum pro rata)
2 positions available
1 x 32.5 hours per week - Actual Salary £17,385 per annum
1 x 19.5 hours per week (3 days a week) - Actual salary £10,431 per annum
term time plus one week
Temporary for the duration of the pupil’s stay at the school

We need a passionate and determined Learning Support Assistant to work with our wonderful pupils.
You will:
Be a kind, caring person, who knows that children learn best in an inclusive environment.
Have experience in working with children with different learning needs, particularly experience of working with children on the autistic spectrum, ADHD and social and emotional challenges.
Be flexible and adaptable.
Have enthusiasm, energy and good humour
Have experience of how to use creative and innovative strategies to engage children in school life and learning.
Have patience and resilience when dealing with children who demonstrate challenging behaviours.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be able to work individually and as part of a team.
