1:1 Level 2 Teaching Assistant

34.25 hours per week - 39 weeks per year



Isebrook School is a successful specialist setting for students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities.

We are seeking to recruit a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student.


Through the  eyes of the student, we are looking for someone who has the following:  

  • Enjoys chatting about trains and buses and completing puzzles. 
  • Has a good sense of humour.  
  • Sets clear boundaries and expectations and follows through with these to help me make safe choices.  
  • Can support and help me to make progress with my learning, independence skills and safety in the community through the use of direct instructions, visuals and processing time.  
  • Will celebrate my achievements with me by having time with the school dog.
