1:1 Teaching Assistant Level 2
27.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am-3:00pm
Fixed-term Contract until 31/07/2026, to support a child within individual needs
38 weeks per year
Grade D3, £24796 FTE (£15,461.62 actual per annum).

As such, we are seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who can inspire, motivate and support a non-verbal child on a 1:1 basis.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who:
- Has a good knowledge of SEN Provision
- Is confident, resilient, and dedicated
- Has previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment.
- Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
- Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents.
- Has a personal commitment to on-going professional development
