All about the role:
15 hours per week, days to be agreed at interview / 38 working week per year
We are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a child with complex needs. We are looking for someone who is nurturing and has a sense of fun. Our new TA will work within our Year 2 class; being supported by the teacher and the SENCo. The role will vary between in class support and 1:1 intervention support. Ideally we are looking for an applicant who has experience of working with children with Autism however full training can be provided for the right applicant.

This role will involve contact with children and the post holder will be engaged in regulated activity relevant to children and will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check before appointment is confirmed. We will only submit a DBS application to the relevant disclosure service when a position is accepted.
